Ever wonder how we turn our lavender into essential oil and hydrosol? Meet the heart of our operation — our traditional copper still. Using the age-old method of steam distillation, we gently extract the purest oils and floral waters from freshly harvested lavender right here on the farm.

This process captures both the therapeutic essence (essential oil) and the soothing, aromatic waters (hydrosol) that make their way into many of our handmade products. It's slow, intentional, and oh-so-rewarding — just the way we like it.
